Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards in candidate selection and communication.
Role Overview:
As a crucial team member, you will play an integral role in ensuring seamless and efficient screening processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Application Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct thorough reviews of applications daily to identify eligible personnel. Verify candidate profiles against established criteria through phone screenings, examining skills like language proficiency and relevant experience.
- Database Management: Accurately maintain the applicant tracking system with updated candidate details to facilitate efficient retrieval and tracking. Monitor and address duplicate or incomplete submissions swiftly.
- Effective Communication: Manage timely email correspondences to update applicants on their status. Forward high-potential candidates to recruiters for further consideration while referring complex cases to senior recruiters.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all candidate evaluations adhere to internal guidelines and compliance standards while maintaining records with clear justifications for acceptance or rejection.
Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in Time Management to balance numerous applications effectively.
- Strong Customer Focus with a dedication to providing superior service.
- Excellent Teamwork capabilities to collaborate efficiently across departments.
- Outstanding Communication skills to ensure clear liaison with candidates and internal teams.
- Great Technical Experience with modern systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High standard of English Proficiency for effective communication and report preparation.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but open to all disciplines.
- Previous exposure (0-6 months) in recruitment, data entry, or related administrative roles, including experience with ATS platforms.
- Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Environment
- Location: Situated in Maadi, offering a hybrid model with 2 days on-site.
- Working Hours: Shifts from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
